I like these so much that I have two in ss and one in cv, these are are part of my EDC Work Knives.

If you do a quick google search for 'case bone stag' you'll find tons of pictures.

+1 on what 555 said; I bought a 6.5 large Stockman, CV blades, and it's become my favorite. My preference has been Case's amber bone, but 6.5 is now my favorite.

We just moved, and I can't find the camera right now, but I can honestly say the 6.5 bonestag models I've seen all look pretty much the same. (555's is the spitting image of mine, right down to the two ridges in the scale.) Of course, the ridges are manually applied, so the appearance of all of them should be reasonably consistent. Whoever does the work deserves a nice bonus, IMO.

It's a very decent scale choice, offers good grip too. I have Peanut,Barlow and Saddlehorn in this material and they all please.Try looking on e-bay for vendor's photos to get an idea, some pix are very good.CASE'S website/catalogue makes do with line drawings which don't do it justice and is inexplicable in this day and age.

My Peanut is Bone Stag, and it is really cool. Feels really durable and allows for a good grip.

Here are a few 6.5's..

IMO the 6.5's are some of the best scales durability and asthetics wise Case has ever produced and a great value on the seconday market..

The 6.5 Bone Stag has been discontinued so get 'em while you can.

Awwwww cuss cuss cuss cuss cuss cuss cuss cuss!!!!! Just when I find one I really like! Figures!

Case "Vault Program", or gone for good? I guess I can always go back to my amber bone . . .

thx - cpr
