Case Bose Damascus offerings

Hi all. Does anyone know if the Damascus offerings are the same steel for all case knives? Or is the Damascus for the Bose collaboration knives different ? The Bose collabs seem rarer than the stainless and seem to command higher prices. Just curious. Thinking about chasing one down.
Any thoughts from the forum gurus that are in the know? They sure look pretty.
 
I have a Case Bose slimline trapper in Damascus. I'd suspect it's the same, with better grinds. Case makes them several years after the regular run, they are pretty. Some of the dark molasses bone is particularly nice.
 
The same, I think. Case gets/got its Damascus from Devin Thomas.
My only Case with a Damascus blade isn't a Bose collaboration.
