Case bose lockback whittler mainblade wiggle when closed

Im fairly new to traditional knives so I don’t know if it’s normal or not. I just received a Case Bose lockback whittler and it’s suppose to be new since it came from an online vendor. But I noticed the main blade can be wiggled left and right when it’s in the closed position. When opened and locked it’s nice and tight. I was wondering if that’s just how they are or did I get a defective knife?

Mine does the same thing. I'm note sure if it's normal or not, but I don't let it bother me.
