I got a text from "a man on the scene" complete with spy pix. It's been a while since I posted anything so I hope I don't screw the pooch.
This is the new Case/Bose Collaboration...4.25" Premium Stockman. It has the Ka-Bar clip. MOTS says "they did a great job on it".

Looks Great! Glad I already own and love the similar Cattle Knife otherwise ma cash would be gown!!!

You had me a bit confused there. For a moment I thought you were talking about Mother of Toilet Seat.

Perhaps I'm blaspheming, but those jigged bone covers don't do anything for me. You'd think that for the annual collaboration Case could dye the bone a deeper, richer color.

I think it looks really nice. For an average of $400 for these collab knives, though, I wonder why we're still seeing recurve from incomplete sharpening notches at the plunge? I pick ebony for the win!

I agree on both points. They look fantastic but that recurve is driving me to distraction. I guess for a safe queen it's not a big deal but for me, it hampers the aesthetic.

Looks great. Another Case Bose collaboration winner.

This is a rare and complicated knife we would never see otherwise. Thanks Tony.

I've forgotten, or never knew, what "MOTS" means! Can someone enlighten me?
I must get a Stockman!!

Pre release prices are listed on a Case vendor website, starting at $540 for the chestnut bone, ranging up to $687 for the abalone.
