I was thinking about getting one. The handle looks comfortable and I really like that Wharncliffe blade.

The price is noticably higher than some other similiar sized/material Case knives. Is the quality noticably higher too?

Thanks!

I enjoy carrying and using mine very much. The build quality was very high. Great size, blade shapes are perfect for my uses. Handle is a great shape. The only thing that keeps me from carring this everyday (it is mostly a weekend knife) is the extra ounce over my peanut. The peanut seems to cut just as well (in fact the peanut is a laser on apples with its slightly thinner master blade) and carries better in dress slacks or suit pants.

IF I am wearing heavy pants (chino or the like) then I will pack the swayback jack. I think I will carry it today- perhaps paired with a Vic Soldier.

I have been rotating my stag Case?Bose SBJ for a few weeks now. I find myself edcing it along with some of my peanuts and a couple of custom blades. The wharncliffe and pen blades take care of everyday cutting tasks. The blade is scary sharp and the handle is an extension of my hand. So many blades and not enough pockets.
