case bowie question

anybody got one? the regular bowie or the alamo??? the stats say the blade is 9.5" long but doesnt give me a width, looks really wide at the widest point, but what is it.

the strange request is because i need a sheath for a 9.5" x 1.75" blade to use just until i get time to take a crack at making one, hopefully this fall. I think the case sheath might work, dunno. having a hard time finding sheaths for bigger knives, nothing too fancy or pricey.

Mine measures 9 7/16" X 2" at the widest point.

but im happy with my project need something to use while i plan my sheath
