Looking through the 2018 Case catalog I see there are a few patterns in burnt indigo bone, which I have not seen before and assume is a new color. Just wondering if anyone has a knife in this color yet and if so how you like it and maybe you could post a picture. I don't always trust catalog and/or online pictures. For example, I think harvest orange is one of their prettiest colors, but the online catalog pictures are terrible and make it look like mud.

I wouldn't mind picking up a half whittler in that color.

Thanks!

This is a copperlock burnt indigo and as you see there is not much of a burnt effect on it. I still like it with the varying shades of blue.

Great looking knife, thanks for sharing the pix! I'm going to have to keep my eye out for something in that color.

I‘ve got the same copperlock wharnie in burnt indigo. Mine has a bit more brown at the ends but I actually prefer the one pictured above. The knife is great, solid lockup, no blade play, perfect centering, smooth action. F&F typical Case, very good but a couple small gaps where the bone meets the bolsters, one pin proud enough for me to feel the need to sand it down a touch. I do wish they would’ve made the blade a bit longer to fill the handle, I dislike wasted space but other than that no complaints.
