Very nice. I have the Butcher version that went with the set/line of these knives. I found it at a flea market pretty much pristine. I dont think it had ever been used and it still had the old Case paper slip/edge protector on it. Even though I like carbon steel kitchen knives my Case stainless butcher holds an edge remarkably well and is a good cutter. Its one of my favorite kitchen blades. The handles are pretty neat too with the finger grooves and everything. Picked mine up for only $6-8 dollars or so if I remember correctly and I am very happy to have it. Dont have any pics of it, but I might have to change that. I think these are pretty dang neat.
I have a matching, blunted point boning (looks like bread knife but no serrations, not sure what it is) knife as well. They had been my mother's but she never used them so I volunteered to give them a home haha.
That is a nice one to be sure! Here is one I have that is a wicked slicer for something like a big roast beef or prime rib. I actually had six of these at one time. They were given as Christmas presents by an Atlanta company. I discovered an entire carton of six that had not been given away and unused. Usually you don't get to be quite so exact with dates but the protective sleeves on these were dated.
