Evening gents. Love reading this forum and all the knowledge here. Got to fiddling around with a couple of my favorite pattern knife, the split back whittler, and thought I'd show a couple of mine. They're Case Classics, the Wharncliffe is a stag 53055 made in 1994. The other is a odd character, it was billed as a 1992 Case Classic, built in Germany, its a swell center and sheepsfoot as master blade. Its stamped with a Crandall tang stamp. I've never verified it's real, but its real well built and rather interesting to me. Any comment on either knife is surely welcome, and thanks for letting me hang out on this great forum.

This thread is useless without pictures, so...

Gents, thank you for the comments. Stag rarely grabs me, but that one was too good to pass on. It is only one of two I have in stag. I'd love to see some of y'all's whittlers.

Rock on, as afar as that queen. I agree very similar. I am not a case classic authority, but do understand queen made some of the classics line. Blue grass cutlery did as we'll. I know not the details. Both knives are well built. But their origin, I am not sure!

Regards. Sjf
