Would help to know more about it, when it was issued, what box it's in, the handle color, material ect.
Not sure of the value, I would guess though that being from Lowe's it was made in high quantities. Most Case stuff that is considered collectables are only the stuff Case makes as collectables and issue as such. Some places won't mention any names buy Case knives then have them put into tins of their own then sale as Case collectables but they are not and never reach the value of real Case collectables. I do know Lowes contracts it's stuff from Case and it's not aftermarket so it could be valuable be interesting to see.
