In 1970, my Dad bought me my first knife. It was a CASE I'm sure (at least I think I'm sure, model 8233 might be it). It had pearl handles, 2blades that opened from each end (or maybe they opened from the same end), kinda squared off ends(not rounded ends, that I am sure), 3rivets in the scales... I would LOVE to have one like it because of course I lost it (like any 8yrold boy might)... I've seen many that comes close but not quite the same as my memory serves... If anyone has one or knows where I can get one I'd love to know, you'll make an old man very happy... Pics would help. Thanks!

Thanks bear1889, I'm sure the case 8233 is it. The congressman is not shaped right... Does anyone know where I might find one at a good/fair price?

I agree with what was said about Vendor removed, they are amazing. Other than that maybe the bay or if you know any collectors, ask them to look around. Generally collectors know more collectors haha. I know I have my small network haha. Good luck!

Sorry Frank. Didn't realize they weren't a BF vendor. That's what I get for assuming.

Thank you sir. I surf BF mostly on my phone through tapatalk, and sometimes I forget to look at the stickies. Hopefully everyone will learn from my mistake. Sorry again.

You can also search the popular auction site. Its easy to set up a search that will email you when such an item becomes available.Thats a nice little folder.Good luck in the search. Its half the fun fun for me.
