Case Copperhead EZ49 difference from 6249?

Are there any differences between the Case 6249 and the EZ49 Copperheads besides the EZ having the easy open notch in the handle?

Earlier today I bought a used Case EZ49 from the internet, expecting delivery next week.
Then a little spark went off in my brain and I remembered that in my knife drawer was a possibly similar knife. I rummaged through the drawer and found it, a red bone 2 bladed Case 6249W, wharncliffe main and pen secondary.

Comparing my red knife to the photograph of the one I ordered, it looks like the only difference (besides mine having red scales, the ordered knife is yellow delrin), is that the EZ49 has an easy open notch just ahead of the rear bolster. I'm thinking maybe I should have just ground a notch in my knife and not ordered the new one. (I love EZ open folders, that's what attracted me to the one I ordered.)

Looking at my present knife, it looks like it would be a tight squeeze to have a notch in the handle and not have the tip of the pen blade protrude into the notch. Is it possible that the pen blade on the EZ49 is a little shorter than on the 6249? My 6249 pen blade is 2 3/16" .

Anyway, I'm sure I will like the knife when it gets here.

The Dude abides, waiting any helpful replies. Thanks

Here's a comparison pic I did of some of my Copperheads a while back. Includes the EO:

Thanks to JC57,
"A picture is worth a thousand words" and that one is worth at least that many.
When my knife arrives, I'll report if there are any differences, but looking at that photo, I assume just the REZ notch. Thanks, Dude

The angle of the photo and the shadow makes that EO notch look a little smaller than it is, but it is not a deep notch like you see on some. Just enough to let you pinch the blade right at the nail nick.

Doesn't intrude on the space used by the pen blade at all.

I've got 3 more Copperheads that aren't in that picture. It was one of my favorite Case patterns.
