Case Damascus Canoe

I just picked up a Damascus canoe made by case (#62131 DAM) and I was wondering if the Damascus is a stainless or a high carbon. All I can find out so far is that it was made by Devin Thoomas and he makes the raindrop pattern in both stainless and high carbon. Any help would be great.
