Case Folding Hunter Question

Hello, all! I have visited this forum many times, but have just now joined it moments ago (I figured may as well since I'm always here looking at your threads). With that being said please excuse me if I post this in the wrong section. I am in need of some information. In what year did W.R. Case stop putting lanyard holes in the Folding Hunter? Thank you guys in advance for your replies!

I am not much help with the history of that knife but the folks in the Traditional Folders and Fixed Blades sub-forum here are.
 
dunno if this is helpful,
but from what little i gather
folding hunters were around from the late 1920's
and that the pattern 65 with the lanyard hole
was something produced between 1964 to the mid 80's
 
Thank you! Mid-80's is about right. That's what I've been told so, everyone can't be wrong. :-)
