I was wondering if any members have both a case texas jack and a half whittler and if the clip blade is noticeably thicker on the whittler. I already carry a texas jack. Its plenty thick on the seahorse i was wondering if this carry over to half whittler. Just don’t want too much redundancy in my blades and thinking of a new knife. Thank you

Are you asking about a Case 92, 32, 032, or 87 pattern Texas Jack? As to the half whittler are you asking concerning the 08 pattern? OH

What I have in front of me is a Case 22087SS made in 2010 and an A6208 made in 1980. The Main blade on both pocketknives are Clips; the one on the 08 is noticeably thinner and is crinked (single spring). The Clip on the 87 is straight and nearly twice as thick. Unfortunately my micrometer is packed away and I cannot measure for you. Width of the Clip blades are about the same while the length of the main blade is about 3/16" longer on the 87. OH
