Case Hobo Knife

I have this Case Hobo knife that I thought I would be able to fix up, but have found that I have little time/desire to fix it up. The whole setup is functional but has a rusting problem within the handles, just out of reach for the tools I have. The flash in the photo shows some of the rust leaking out the pivot and liner from the militec I added. This knife would be great if someone have a small enough dremel to dig in there and clean out the liners. I am asking $GONE TO THE MAN AT THE OK CORRALL shipped USPS with insurance on the buyer.
