I have for sale a MINT/NIB Case XX Kentucky Bluegrass congress pattern with some of the purdiest KB scales I have ever seen (and I have had a BUNCH of the KB scaled Cases). All four blades are SS with long pulls, and the "walk and talk" is excellent. This knife is tight, and the only reason it's for sale is because of the pattern; nothing wrong with a congress, but it's not my personal favorite.
