case knife civil war set?

I work in a nursing home and have a resident who owns a Case commemorative civil war Jefferson Davis / Abe Lincoln set with commemorative coin, he was wondering what it was worth or any type of information about it. He believes its from about 1982. We searched online and couldn't find anything thought you all might know something about it. Thanks in advance.
