Any Case Knife collectors that can help me out?

I bought this display today at the gun show in Tulsa. It was cool and the price was right so I got it thinking I’ll find info on line. I have checked eBay and everywhere else and cannot even find a picture of this thing.

I feel like it has to be produced by Case just based on the quality of craftsmanship. The knives are both 7197 L SSP 7 Dot (so 1973?), one stag and one wood scales!

Can anyone help me out on identifying when this display and some more details about it. Rare to find something you can’t find online....
