Case knife display boxes?

Does anyone know what this is? It doesn’t weigh enough to have knives, but it is heat shrinked together and I don’t want to open if someone can use this in a display.

I wonder if that is how they shipped the empty boxes. When shipping a full display?

It would be neat to have if you had the display to go with it.
