Case Knife Identity

A friends father passed recently and I was given a case knife from friend.
It is a small 3 blade from 1970 XX and 10 dots. It is also in MOP and has a style number of 9327.
I can't identify it. Any one here know? If it is valuable I do not want to keep it without friend knowing the value.
It seems to have never been carried or sharpened.
