Case Knives ID

Does anyone have a good resource, printed or internet, for identifying older Case Brand Knives? A friend of mine just gave me a handful that were given to him by his father and we know very little about them. If they were Buck brand, I'd have no problem - but I know very little about Case, but am willing to learn.

One of the traditional forums members wrote a book on Case knives, with some great pics and a lot of pertinent information. Pics are mainly from the XX Tested era, but some older, and more recent, pics.
