Case marilla clip screw replacement size?

A lots of people are having problem with the clip screwheads interfering with the pocket clip seating in the pocket for deep carry.
So anybody know of a replacement screws without such large heads.
I have no idea what the length or thread count is.

no idear, but thats true. it doesn't sit well without much effort in a jean pocket. maybe ask case?
