Recently picked up a Case Medium Stockman. I've noticed that the clip blade has little tiny bits of metal/sand/grit in it which makes opening and closing the knife INCREDIBLY difficult. There is so much grit that I can hear it grinding as the blade opens and closes. It's very strange seeing as how I can clean it out when the blade is closed, but when I open it again, more grit appears. I'm not sure what it is at all nor if it is normal. If you've ever played around with a magnet and iron filings, that's what it looks like. They are definitely magnetized and stick to the blade like iron filings do to a magnet. Does anyone have any idea what is going on or how to completely clean it? The strange thing is the sheepsfoot and pen blades are perfectly fine...
