Just saw the new knife Case has out in Blade magazine. Called a Mid-Folding Hunter. It is a single blade slipjoint with a thumbstud and pocket clip. The advertisement doesn't give any specs on it. Anyone know more about these?

Unfortunately, they'll only be available in "surgical" stainless steel. And Case is known for having pretty sub-par stainless.

The advertisement is inside the front cover of the March issue of Blade magazine. After looking a little closer, it appears to have a liner lock. Sort of like Marbles liner lock folder. The Marbles folder has D2 for the blade but no thumbstud. Yeah, I know what ya mean about Case stainless steel. Now, a liner locking single bladed hunter with a thumbstud,no pocket clip, and a D2 blade and stag scales would make a nice knife don't ya think? Sort of a combination between the two.
