Case Mid Folding Hunter

I havent handled one yet, but looking at the different pics ive seen it doesnt appear to have screws holding the pocket clip on. If it is pinned on then you would have a time if the clip became loose or got bent out. There would be no way of removing, save drilling it out and having to pin it back on. Does anyone know if this clip is pinned on, or screwed?
