Case Model numbers

Whats a good source that has all Cases model numbers for reference purposes? I recall someone mentioning a web page that was being put together a while back,but that was the last i heard about it.

Almost,that page doesnt give the factory pattern number,"last two or more digits" as in the type of knife Trapper,Canoe,Whittler ect.just the blade and handle material numbers.
