Case Pass Around Box - Round XVI

Here are the Rules:

I will draw a winner and send the box to them.
They will choose two, three, or however many knives.
They will replace the knives with some of their own (Case Knives Only).
They will hold their own drawing and pass the box on to the next person.

Porch Members Only!
Must have over 50 posts in the Traditional Knife Forum.
Must be a paying member of Bladeforums.
These rules must follow the box every time or John will call foul.

By default, I am keeping in the running those that were in the last drawing. If you'd like to be added to the list, simply say "I'm in!" Likewise, if you are on the list and you do not want to be there, just let me know.

I'll let this run for a week and draw a name next Wednesday. I'll bump this to the top each day to attract some more people. Pictures and my decision on which to swap out will be coming in the next couple days as I mull over this important life decision.

I guess that's what I meant by "Porch Members Only"... Better to add the "paid" just so there is no confusion... thanks.
 
I think I'm leaning towards this slim trapper. I've always dismissed them because I assumed I wouldn't like them, but it's growing on me. Still a little odd, but nice and light for a large blade.
 
I am going to sit out this round. Please take me off the list. I am streamlining my knives and dont need a box with 20 knives showing up at my door lol.
 
I'm a big fan of the slimline trapper. That would definitely be a good choice. They are very useful for food prep with that long thinner blade.
 
I'll give this a little push to the topand see if we can get a few more interested people.
 
Still a few more days to join! I'll pull a name on Wednesday night. And send it out Thursday or Friday. I'll post a couple pictures later today.

Great question I've been bad about getting pictures up. Here's a couple to hold you over. Until I get home from work.

I haven't decided what second one I'll take out of the box, I'm taking a slim trapper that isn't pictured here and exchanging a Case TL-29.

It has good snap and no blade play on either side. But a little shrinkage on the scale and no bail.

The other is a 2019 stockman, I was thinking of swapping it for the 2019 barlow, but my two year old says the red stockman is the "pretty one" so we'll see.

Nice photos, another interesting mix of knives. Cool old TL-29. :thumbsup:

Man if that jumbo stays in I may have to become a paying member to enter. But what to exchange?.... makes me regret selling that swayback I had on eBay!
