Case Pivot Pin

Anybody happen to know what diameter blade pivot pin Case uses on their 3.5" CV Stockman? I need to order some supplies before I start dissecting.

I would be surprised if it is over 3/32.

Case doesn't like people messin' with their knives.It's not a std. size.I usually have to sand them to size.Today i did a Case Classic and had to take off about .015 from a 1/8" pin.

You are correct about the non standard size. I took the knife apart late this evening and found that a 3/32" pin works, but I'll have to sand it down a little or enlarge the hole a bit.

Chuck it in a drill and file the pin down.

I put a 1/8 pin in my dremil and hold it against the belt sander.
