Thats not a Case pattern number.....
00787 is probably a model number assigned for inventory purposes.
00787 was the model number assigned to the Pocket Worn 6227.

Does the knife look like the one below? According to the box the pattern is Pen PW, as in "pen knife". I'm guessing "PW" means "pocket worn".
