Case restoration

I'm in search of someone that can make me a handle, clean, and sharpen this old case I have. I found it when I was cleaning out an old 1970s trailer. I would love to have it useable again .

My father in law gave me his dad's knife that had the original yeller handles gone. I asked Case to put new handles on, but not polish it up. They did an excellent job.

I gave it to my father in law for Christmas that year. He was pretty happy about it.

Does it cost a lot to have new handles put on and to have them polish it?
