Here is the questions, Im for the most part a schrade/camillus collector but who can refuse a case. My local hardware store has a case knife cabinent that hasent been updated for about 15 years Im guessing. First questing- There is a case single blade knife I think its a slim line trapper(bear head) maybe but the one in the display has a really fancy shield, from a distance it looks like there is diamonds in the shield but its just little bump like design, I guess I had just never seen one like this before, and I wanted to know if anyone had any info on it. 2nd question most of the knives they have are not stainless but some of the blades have that wierd shaped ss on them, it looks more like a backwards zz. is this used for dating or what does this mean because they didint look stailness they looked like carbon steel. and the last question in the cabinent they had a case wood handle lock back like none I have ever seen. It had a bunch of different numbers and letters on the back of the tang. I know how to figure what the numbers and letters mean on a case by looking it up but there were 8 or 9 letters and numbers on it,seemed like a lot. thats a lot of questions but, lets see where this gets me. thanks for the help-Joel
