Case Sowbelly freedom date?

Case put the Sowbelly pattern into the vault on July 1st, 2008. From their own website, they say a pattern must stay in the vault for at least 3 years. Well, it's been 3 years. Has anyone heard of a release date? If so, when and what?
 
I spoke with representatives at Case twice last week and was told that it is out of "the vault" effective 7/1/11 and should be available for purchase sometime between the end of July through the middle of August.

I personally can't wait to get one of these -and without paying a laughable markup. Super sweet release! :D
