I'd like to see some more patterns in it myself. I have the 63032 stockman that I'd rather be a 62032 Texas jack and there are a few other patterns that I'd like to see as well.

I have not figured out why they call it SparXX instead of "white synthetic" myself. One of those things that make you say "Hmmmm....."
I also don't know how the 'SparXX' moniker came about, but here's a description of the line from a popular vendor site:
"Let the SparXX fly.
This breathtaking new family will put a smile on your face and gleam in your eye. The knives bear Standard Jigged White Delrin handles and a glimmering Case logo in the red oval shield. Get one to add a little extra spark to your collection!"
And this description from the '2011 FALL PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS' catalog, sent to me from the Case Collector's Club:
"Ignite something special.
When looking to spark up our offerings earlier this year, we created a collection that seems to make everyone smile. The sparkling Case logo in our red oval shield is a standout against the jigged white synthetic handles--as delightful to look at as it is to use."
The new trapper is a larger version (3 1/2" vs 2 3/8") with no other differences that I can tell. The new stockman replaces the sheepsfoot with a spey blade and is slightly shorter (3 3/8" vs 3 5/8").
Sadly, none of these excite me all that much although I'll have to get a stockman just because... sure wish it had the 6318's clip rather than the one it has, but oh well. I think it's really cool and odd that they included a doctor's pattern in this line.
