Case stag peanut 4 knife set

New here. Can anyone tell me where I can find background history on the above mentioned set in a display case. I inherited one and cannot find any info on it.

The "Official price guide to collector knives" would be a good starting point ,I bought mine at Barnes & Noble book store. Not cheap IMO $22.00
