I've kind of been out of the knife collecting hobby a bit. The Case Swayback Gent was still on my list, but it seems they are now few and far between. Is it discontinued?

I fear you are correct. I do not see it in the current Case catalogI believe it is discontinued. They come up fairly often keep an eye out they are a great little knife!
Is that burgundy jigged bone one a Cv steel blade? Nice patina. Getting harder to find old carbon steel Case knives.Sad news, hope it's not for long. These are one of the best small knives (an area GEC is yet to really master in my view) So well designed (thanks Tony B) and well made, prefer the single blade Gent personally but both are worthy.
