Case Tested Toothpick

I picked up a very well "used" Tested XX Toothpick at a flea mkt with broken striped celluloid scales and a blade worn down to almost needle shape and various dings.
A friend and I spent a few hours cleaning it up and replacing the destroyed celluloid with smooth stag.
Still not a 500 dollar knife but at least it is something I can carry now and still a piece of history even though modified

Does anyone know how common this ( 1093?) pattern was back in the Tested Era?

It doesn't look premium but I wish I had taken a Before pic of it. It looked like it had been in a greasy toolbox for fifty years. Around 50 percent of the handle material left on either side.
We improved it as best we could.

Maybe it looks better with some stag than it does with a chip bag I opened with it

Looks real nice, you have a nice find there. I'm going to have to check out the flea markets around here.
