Found an old case tested XX knife, well used was wondering if it was worth and if I should restore it? It's is a rough black two blade peanut knife. Can't get a pictures to post. Thanks for info

I think he was asking if it was worth restoring or to not even bother. I am not sure, either of us could be right depending on how it was read.
