Case Trapperlock question

I have about 8 Case Russlocks, and like them alot. One of the things that has sold me on them is that they can not be flicked open which makes them legal to carry in NY ( mostly NYC), so I am thinking of getting a few of the Trapperlocks, but wanted to ask anyone who has one if they are as tight and hard to flick open as the Russlocks are. Anyone know? Thanks !

I'm not a liner lock fan but after handling a few at Blade, I'm going to make it my next knife. They are buttery smooth. Good pocket size. I like them alot.

I had been thinking about this as a utility knife too actually as I also live in NYC. Does anyone know where the copperlock and mid-folding hunter by case stand on this issue? Can they be flicked open?

Copperlock can be flicked open

Can the Trapperlock be flicked? I know the Russlock can NOT be and now have 6 of them.

the russlock can not be flicked ( I own 6) and I can flick almost any knife open. ( this includes holding the blade and flicking the handle)

Fellas, let's move on to the discussion of traditional knives and leave the flickin' for other forums where that's more germane. (Or there's always email and PM's for those who wish to pursue the discussion further.) Thank you.
