There's not much collector interest in those, but I think it's a neat knife. The handles are zytel, a type of plastic as you said. The knife was designed by Blackie Collins. The common retail price back in the 1990s was $12.

As far as current value, you could check eBay's Completed Auctions and see if any have sold in the last couple of months. I'd guess the value in the range of $15-$20.

Just a hint on knife photos, turn off the flash so it doesn't reflect off the blade and shiny background. ;)

Don't kill yourself trying to find one but if you do these are great little "5th pocket" beater knives. I've had one since HS and it's taken a lot of abuse. The spine also is good for striking a Ferro rod.

Just so ya know:

From Bladeforums rules:

WHAT IS MY KNIFE / GADGET / SPATULA / TUNING FORK WORTH ?!?!?!?!

In order to curtail potential abuse of membership privileges associated with the forums, questions regarding valuation of knives and collections are limited to those with a membership level which permits selling on this site. Accordingly, registered and basic members may not start or post in threads with such requests whether with the intent to sell or for informational purposes only. This rule applies throughout the site.

In other words, without a paid Gold membership, you don't get to ask about sale values. Too many people abused this question to hint they had a knife for sale, which you need that membership for.

Cool knife all the same!
