I've come to realize that this is probably my favorite traditional folder to date, for a couple reasons.

Small, unassuming that no one blinks an eye if you take it out to cut something even in an office environment

Handle shape, nice, a swell center some people might call it, lends itself to be held easily during use

Two blades, one quite small but very direct little blade and one just a bit larger, providing a choice in a trim package

Stainless, yes, I'm one of 'those guys' that happens to like stainless blades and this one keeps it's edge pretty well

Fits easily in a watch pocket for handy reach without being in a main pocket that would kick it around like a red headed step child ;)

and lastly, both blades have half stops, some might not like that but on this folder it works well.

Here are some images

For me, it's such a handy little knife, compliments the others that I also tote around every day :)

That is definitely a nice looking knife, I love the red bone.

I've actually never owned a swell center knife, they just look like they would feel awkward, but I must say I am really attracted to this one.

I may have to try one out :)

It's quite comfortable to hold, I've had a few peanuts but this is a keeper.

I'll get some shots with the blades open sometime soon

Great pics Gary, but I don't believe you. You're an inveterate trader and I think you'll like this one only until the next one catches your eye. ;)

Hah, you may well be right, but this has lasted a very long time already, which is a good sign for a knife in the G2 home! As I say I tried the Peanut, several variations and they just never caught on for me, but this, quite handy for a lot of things and the handle is a little longer providing a bit more there to hang onto.

I'll get some shots later on tonight.

Mercy, would love to see your collection, please feel free to post those images in this thread if you like.

Sweet little knife Gary. It does look very handy. Like the Sinn as well.

Nice one Gary - I like the top pic the best. I have one smooth gray bone tux. Maybe I need to take some pics of it.

Very pretty little knife, Gary!:thumbup::thumb up:

I do so live the little guys for a pocket knife. The peanuts, mini copperheads, tiny toothpicks, and even the tuxedo's. As you say, very handy for a cut now now and then, and the public doesn't react. It's a great study in maximum minimalism.
:D

Gary, I will do that as soon as I get home, (at work now).
Also, The Tuxedo isn't really rare but also not easy to find.

That's a beauty, Gary! The more first-hand experience I get, and the more photos and testimonials I see here, the more I appreciate a small 2-bladed knife (pen or jack).

Gary, your pics are awesome and mine stink but here are my two Tuxedos, one is a Cayenne bone and the other Clover, I bought them new and love them.

I'm liking what I see here. You're inference is that it's bigger than the Peanut. Is it bigger still, perhaps, than a mini-copperhead?

This should make Merc feel better about his photography: mop Keen Kutter and the Camillus I gave my dad one Christmas. He didn't carry it much because he liked his pen-knives flatter and broader. Not Cases, but still tuxes?

lol, your pics look better than mine.

great looking knives.

Sure looks like Tux's to me! and while I may have a groupy following where it concerns my collection and how quickly it comes and goes, I actually have some folks when they see I posted up something about a new knife, I get the 'Hey remember me when you decide to sell it! ' lol and not so surprisingly, I do end up moving them along, only a select few have made the cut so to speak.

Here's a couple quick shots of the Case Tux,

Closed it's 3.26" long
Main blade 1.98"
Short blade 1.34"
Single back spring

Edited to add, thanks on the compliments, I find it just to be THE nice watch pocket folder and as for my Sinn, well that's a sad long tale, suffice to say, I had to part with the beautiful watch in order to pay some of the bills from the hospital for by busted ankle :( seeing that again plucked my heartstrings for sure! But, it is what it is...
