Anyone ever filed a warranty claim with Case? I have a stockman that has some pretty bad problems and submitted something through their system about two weeks ago. They said I'd hear back in 1-5 days but I never did. I've been calling but no one ever answers the phone so I have left a message a time or two but no calls back either. Hmmm, any thoughts?

I sent in a medium stockman a few years ago. I don't recall ever receiving any notification on it, but it arrived back to me in something like 3 weeks. Much quicker than anticipated. They did a good job too.

I just sent one in. It took a week to get an email response approving the warranty claim. Be sure to check your spam folder.

Yeah they haven't gotten back to me yet on the warranty review process yet so I haven't been able to send it in. I was just checking to make sure I was doing things right, or they weren't out on break or something. Seems odd I just wouldn't hear back at all. Thanks though!

I had an issue with one of the new barlows. I filled out the online form, easily took a full week to hear back from Case, but they said send it in for warranty work. Based on USPS tracking it was delivered and they have now had it for 2 1/2 weeks, hopefully I'll get it back shortly.

Did you actually send the knife in with your warranty form? If not that is what your supposed to do. You won't hear back from them and your knife will show up in the mail. From my experience (3 Case Bose collabs) all fixed up and better than new.

There is no option for mailing the knife in. I filled out the form online...

Hmmm? Not sure? I always filled the form out online or downloaded it and filled out. Either way. Then printed it off and mailed it in with my knife to be fixed.

When I filled out the form it said once someone reviewed the warranty claim they would contact me with return info.

This is the email I got after filling out the form and nothing since. That was two weeks ago. Oh well.

Try this.

Well sir, it appears you are correct. The process has changed. Now you fill out the form on the website and submit pics if necessary then wait for them to contact you. Can't say I've ever used this method. Sorry I can't be more help. I will say everytime I've sent a knife in for warranty Case has been about fixing and improving my knives in any way possible.

Well either Case is checking this forum or just coincidentally enough they just now decided to contact me! Sending it out tomorrow! Thanks all!

I sent a knife in and got it back in about 7 weeks. Never received any notification, juat appeared in my mailbox one day.
