Who has them, how do you like them?

I like the thick, heavy blade style. It just appeals to me for some reason.

Can you post a pic? I do not think I have ever seen one.

Canal Street, Schatt and Morgan, but not Case. Only Case Elephant Toe's

Andy,
I have not seen any either. I too would like to see a photograph here to get acquainted with this knife.

Looks like red CSB; Nice looking!

Yep I have one of those, I was impressed with other Canal Street knives, that I had before I got the Wildcat driller, a few months ago. IMHO This model should be their regular line Flagship. glad I added it to the collection.

Oh that is very nice indeed.. Thanks Andy for posting the link for us.

I'm terribly sorry for being such a spoilsport but...
What's the actual original idea for the use of the wildcat driller pattern?
Or the elephant toenail pattern?
I've been thinking about it for quite some time, and I can't think of any practical use for that fat spearpoint blade.

I think it is just an extension of the toenail concept, as you said, but I don't know for sure. I like big knives, and most of the Case style pocketknives are too small for my taste. So when I saw that big ol' wildcat, I felt I had found one to finally fit my tastes!
