I had a Uncle Pass recently and he left me this Case Knife. I know there are hundreds of variants on each type when it comes to Case. any help provided will be much appreciated.

Hello Justin, by the looks of that file-work, which is really nice, my guess is that knife would have had to be disassembled. looks like it's an "after-market" bone replacement on the scales with those brass spacers on either side of the bolsters. somebody put a lot of work into it. it's a nice piece to remember your uncle by. best regards to all.

Thank you sir... I need to disassembled again to clean it and polish. Any advice on taking a part

Slipjoints aren't meant to be disassembled like modern folders sometimes can be. They're riveted together with solid pins. The best way to clean this beauty (which looks lovely as it is) is to use a toothpick to clean out any debris, grunge, lint, etc. that might be in the blade well, and then to polish the bolsters, backspring, and blade with a cloth and the metal polish of your choice -Flitz, Mother's, or something else. But truthfully, if you carry it any, as your relative did, it will get scratched again really quickly, so probably the best thing you can do is to just oil the blade pivot and lock periodically, and drop Irvin your pocket.

Thank you sir... Do you think the handle material is original? it is missing the case logo that i have seen on most.

Is their a way to tell the age or year? I didn't find much on the site

From the pictures it appears the handle material has been changed out probably when the file work was done. Case tang stamps will date the knife but I can't tell if I am seeing the entire stamp. If you go to this link you will find the date and while you are looking click on the one that looks like yours and if it has any dots you be able to tell the exact date.
