Case introduced Mammoth Ivory last year in the 2003 Case Select series.
Still available at many Case Select Dealers.
The ones you linked to are Special Factory Orders (SFO) exclusive to SH

Shepherd hills the website you have posted sell many of the different case mamoth ivory knives. They are beautiful, unfortunately they have "tru-sharp" blades. Of course they are more for collectors, so in that respect they are suited more for collectors (since they have the 420).
