Since there has been a few threads about Peanuts I thought I would share a couple of pictures of one I just finished with dinosaur bone scales. The dinosaur bone is part of the same slab I used for knife #200 - the Bladeforum Christmas knife exchange knife I did.... :D

Beautiful - I liked the red-dino-bone Trapper you did earlier, but this one is a close second. I'll probably be emailing you for a quote here soon.

How well do these scales hold up to carry & use? Do you recommend a pocket sleeve, or something else to protect the scales? A little scuffing I could live with, but I coudn't stand to see one broke.

thx - cpr

orca8589 - If you do not drop it onto concrete the stone is very hard and won't usually scratch banging around in a pocket with change ane the usual pocket stuff.

Gorgeous knife! That one would make one mean fighter.
