Case XX RussLock ID Help....

Howdy All,
I could use a little help with some info on a Case xx Russlock. I picked it and a Stag mid Hunter up today at a fleaMarket for $50.00. The Hunter has a box but the guy who sold them could not remember where the Russlock box was. Both knives look like new and feel great in the hand. The Blade Config of the Russlock is very strange to me. If anyone has any info they could share, that would be great!!!! Thanks Much....~baba~
 
It is a drop point and the exact model number should be on the back of the blade. If you google Case and the model number you will probably get all the info you could ask for. I have never seen a Russlock with this blade before. The blade does look a bit short, possibly a regrind, could you post a pic of it closed looking down at the blade and post the model number from the blade?


Found it...it is called a Drop Point Russlock pattern 953 1/2L

I have the same russlock in midnight bone with a spear blade. Doesn't look reshaped to me, they're a bit rare. Nice knfe and good price you bought it for, you did well.
