My father bought this knife in 1980 and paid what seemed the un-godly sum of $65 dollars for it.I remember when we got home he took it out of the box and looked at it and then he handed it to me to look at.I can remember being thrilled to be holding it.After that my Dad put it back in the box,placed it in his dresser drawer and thats where it stayed until 2 years ago when I got it.Its been 30 years but this knife is mint as mint can be.The box even still has the price sticker on it.Never been sharpened,never been used,and as far as I know it was never again taken out of the box until the day I got it 28 years later.Oh the memories.

Its a great knife.It was made back when the Buck 110 was all the rage.Dad never liked Buck.Always had Case XX

I'd keep an eye on ebay. Odds and ends pop up there all the time.

eBay as already mentioned or maybe a gun & knife show. But I'd think trying to find the exact knife might be a tad difficult.

Yea,they pop up on the bay regularly.In the condition of yours,expect to pay around 100 -125.Although prices are down now,you can often catch a bargain.

Thanks evryone for all the replies.Over the years I have bought a few off ebay only to get them and be disappointed.I have had offers as high as 200 for mine from collectors but its just not for sale.I would like to find a 1978 model of my knife.'78 seems to be the most elusive.

It would be a 2 dot with block style lettering at the tang.

I remember when the Shark Tooth first came out,nice looking knife. I handled one at a knife shop in the El Paso Airport. My, how times have changed.
