Case XX Tested Partial Hatchet / Knife set

Greetings, everyone - This is a good bit outside of my normal knife category, so was hoping for some opinions on the following.

I have an old Case XX kit that is missing the hatchet. My minimally-educated guess is that it’s 30s / 40s era, but I welcome correction.

I’ve seen some WTB / WTT postings looking for parts of these, but have no idea what is a fair asking price - and I’m talking collector-to-collector reasonable.
