So I won a give-away last week and the knife showed up in no time!

Jake was extremely generous to pass along this excellent 1965-69 CASE Electricians Knife. I has never even been sharpened!!! The blades shine like mirrors! The scales are made of walnut and are in great shape. I love this knife, I finally found my camera and snapped a few quick shots but I hope to do more in the future with better light.

that's a real beauty. I've never really known the purpose of why the "tool" blade is made the way it is on these knives. Any info? For stripping wires or what?

As a NYC Union Electrician.......

It reams cut EMT tubing after a hacksaw cut, inside and out

We never used it as neither a screwdriver nor a wire stripper, we had those on our tool belt
